We offer a range of safaris, tours and excursions at affordable prices to individuals, couples, families and groups. We also offer airport transfers and transport to various destinations including booking services for safaris for our clients. We aggressively shop for Low prices since it is the cornerstone of our vision.

With that in mind, it is important to choose a season for travel knowing your cost range during that particular season plus inclusive and exclusives. Below are the seasons for considerations (cost-wise) prior to planning your safari.

Example #1: Peak Season - (1 September – 31 March) for a 3 day safari

a) With custom safari van – up to $1695.00 per person

b) With 4×4 Land Cruiser – up to  $1795.00 per person

Example #2: High Season (1 June – 30 August) for a 3 day safari

a) With custom safari van – up to $1825.5 per person

b) With 4×4 Land Cruiser – up to $2090.00 per person

Example #3: Low Season (1 March – 31 May) for a 3 day safari

a) With custom safari van – up to $1375.5 per person

b) With 4×4 Land Cruiser – up to $1695.00 per person

A 5 Day Safari Average Price With Custom Safari Van: 

  1. Budget Accommodation: USD up to 1875.50 - 5 Days PP 
  2. Standard / Luxury Accommodation: USD up to 2825.50 - 5 Days PP 
  3. 5 Star Accommodations / Luxury: USD up to 5000.00 - 5 Days PP

A 5 Day Safari Average Price with 4x4 Land Cruiser: 

  1. Budget Accommodation: USD up to 2080.50 - 5 Days PP 
  2. Standard / Luxury Accommodation: USD up to 3230.50 - 5 Days PP 
  3. 5 Star Accommodations / Luxury: USD up to 5700.50 - 5 Days PP

Items that are included in the cost of the tour price.

1) Transport based on customized seven-sitter safari Van with pop up roof and UHF Radio

2) All applicable game Park Entrance fees.

3) Accommodation as indicated in the itinerary.

4) Two meals a day while on Safari

4) Airport picks up on arrival at Nairobi

5) Professional Safari Guide/Drive

6) Guaranteed departures for two or more passengers booking the safari tour

7) Round trip transport from Nairobi to the designated National Park

8) Pre–tour itinerary document

9) Extensive and unlimited Game drives

10) Water during the safari

Items that are NOT included in the cost of the tour price

1) Personal expense such as communication charges like emails, faxes, and phone calls

2) Hot air balloon rides

3) Drinks like beer and wines

4) Gratuity for the driver guide, waiter

5) Laundry

6) The cost of obtaining visa at entry

7) Pre- tour accommodation however we can make arrangements upon request

8) All insurances prior to Safari

9) Airfare tickets to destination country
